Welcome to the Southeastern Michigan Veterinary Medical Association web site. SEMVMA is one of the leading regional veterinary associations in the nation. We are located in the greater Detroit area, and our members come from southeastern Michigan and Canada.

Our association is active in offering continuing education for veterinarians and veterinary technicians. We also provide public education and scholarships to veterinary technician students.

Over the past several years, we have helped raise over $1,000,000 for the Detroit Zoo Veterinary Hospital.

If you have a pet health related question, we cannot answer them via this site. These questions should be directed to your local SEMVMA member veterinarian.
